EFMD’s International Projects Department celebrates 20 years of transformative work in higher education. Over two decades, the department has completed over 70 projects worldwide, supporting key developments including internationalisation, entrepreneurship education, digital transformation, and promoting inclusivity. This special issue highlights projects addressing critical areas such as AI-driven entrepreneurship skills, gender equality in academia, and community engagement in Latin American universities. Partners reflect on collaborative initiatives that have modernised higher education, emphasising the department’s role in driving institutional innovation and addressing global educational challenges.
